Descendants of Italian and German descent, the Andreis family sought, in their history, recipes for typical dishes that valued these two ethnicities.
Most of the ingredients used in the classic Nonno Mio recipes arrive at the restaurant, all from rural producers in the interior of Gramado. The pasta, breads and sausages are made by the family in a completely handmade process

Freshly fried artisanal bacon, deglazed with red wine vinegar that is placed while hot on the radicci leaves. Recommended dish to share, see smaller portion. It's already seasoned.

Cheese risotto fritters, filled with brie served with fermented honey cream.

AVELINO SERVES 2 TO 3 PEOPLE
Pasta of your choice. Tomato sauce, capers, basil and buffalo cheese.

Bolognese sauces and four cheeses with mushrooms. Choose the dough of your choice.
FERNANDO SERVES 2 TO 3 PEOPLE
Handmade sausage, tomato sauce and cream. We liked this dish with spaghetti or pasta.
NONNO SERVES 2 TO 3 PEOPLE
Sautéed fillet baits with curd cheese sauce, cream, parmesan, provolone and gorgonzola.

This dish was created with great care to honor Mario Andreis, who was and will always be part of our history and of our family. A classic Italian dish with handmade bacon, egg yolk and pecorino cheese. We suggest this dish with spaghetti or fettuccine.

FILÉ À PARMEGIANA - Serves two people
Served in an iron pot, our parmegiana fillet is special. A classic that comes to the table with crispy potatoes, fresh tomato sauce and lots of cheese. Do you know au gratin cheese? So that's it.

Filet mignon with Parma and sage grilled in butter, accompanied by gnocchi in Grana Padano fondue
TILAPIA
An easy-to-like fish, our tilapia is breaded and served with tartar sauce, white rice with almonds, and fresh herbs. Delicious!
